Philipp Simon was born in Düsseldorf, Germany in 1975. He was educated at Millfield, Canterbury, Bonn and London. Philipp Simon is admitted to the Bars of England & Wales, Germany and Luxembourg. Philipp Simon represents his clients in and out of court. He advises across borders on matters of company, corporate and commercial law. He gladly assists clients endeavouring to go abroad in taking this step. In doing so, he draws on a large network of intellectually independent international contacts.
In 1998 Canterbury University conferred a law degree upon Philipp Simon, before he moved to Bonn to take a German law degree, which he passed in 2003. Subsequently, Philipp enrolled for the bar vocational course with the Inns of Court School of Law and was called to the Bar in 2004. By 2006 Philipp had completed the German vocational training (Rechtsreferendariat), too. Philipp now spends some of his time teaching at the University of Luxembourg.
In 2008 Philipp Simon founded our office in Luxembourg. Clients with interests in international business appreciate Luxembourg not only for its attractive legal and tax options, but also for its skilled multi-lingual workforce.
